    About July

July is the seventh month of the Gregorian calendar, which is the most widely used civil calendar internationally. It consists of 31 days and is located between June and August. It is named after Julius Caesar, the Roman general and statesman who played a critical role in the events that led to the demise of the Roman Republic and the rise of the Roman Empire.
